Returns policy
If any product you buy from us is damaged or defective, you need to let us know within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange to replace the product, at no cost to you.
This doesn’t affect your rights under NZ consumer laws.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at [email protected].
If your order has already been dispatched, any refund for “change of mind” is at our discretion, and if we decide to offer a refund, you may need to reimburse our reasonable shipping costs.
