Social responsibility policy
We take our responsibilities under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 seriously.
Alcohol will NOT be sold or delivered to minors:
- To enter our website you’ll need to click a declaration that you’re 18 years of age or over.
- Before completing a purchase you’ll need to re-declare that you’re 18 years of age or over.
- Our couriers are trained in ID collection and will ask for proof of age if the recipient appears to be under the age of 25. Please take this as a compliment.
The acceptable forms of ID in NZ are currently:
- NZ photo driver’s license
- Any valid passport
- Kiwi Access Card/HNZ 18+ card
All parcels containing alcohol are labelled as R18 and delivered according to NZ Post’s R18 alcohol delivery policy.
Courier staff delivering alcohol will NOT deliver to anyone who is intoxicated.
In accordance with our licence conditions, orders will only be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 11pm.
We will only promote and sell alcohol in a responsible manner.
We encourage our customers to drink sensibly and discourage intoxication.
